Flexible stuttering therapy via video calls
Telepractice makes it possible to follow therapy wherever you are. Sessions take place online via video calls and can be planned flexibly around your daily life.
This allows you to work on your speech in a familiar environment, with the same personal attention and specialist guidance as in an in-person practice.
What is telepractice?
Telepractice means that therapy is provided online through video consultations. This means you do not need to travel and can combine therapy more easily with work, studies, family life or other commitments.
Therapy remains personal and tailored to your needs. Together we work on your goals, just as we would during an in-person appointment.
Who is it suitable for?
Online therapy is suitable for children, teenagers and adults who want flexible support for stuttering.
It is also an accessible option for international clients or people who do not live nearby and are looking for specialist guidance.
Benefits of online therapy
Online treatment combines specialist care with convenience, flexibility and continuity.
Flexible
Therapy fits more easily into your schedule and you do not need to plan travel time.
Accessible
You can attend therapy from home or from any other place that feels comfortable and practical for you.
Personal
Even online, the guidance remains tailored to your needs, goals and pace.
How does it work in practice?
The online process is structured clearly, so you know exactly what to expect.
Intake
During the first appointment, we explore your speech and your request for help, and we get to know each other.
Assessment
The assessment may include questionnaires and, if needed, a speech sample in order to gain a clear understanding of the situation.
Treatment
Sessions take place online via video calls. At the beginning they are usually weekly, and later often less frequent.
Practice
After each session, you receive a focused task or exercise to continue practicing at home or in everyday speaking situations.

- If the practice does not have a contract with your health insurer, part of the costs may be reimbursed depending on your policy.
- You can also start therapy without health insurance; in that case, you pay the costs yourself.
- The rates are determined by the specific practice and can be found on their website.
- You do not need a referral from your GP to start stuttering therapy.
- During the intake, a short screening is carried out to determine whether the assessment can start immediately or whether a doctor should first be involved.
